Data collected

Name, phone, journey route and addresses, date and time, vehicle, passenger count, flight number, extras and wishes. Request ID, current status and creation/update times are also stored. Do not provide passport, health or other sensitive information in the wishes field.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to respond to your request, arrange and perform the journey: pre-contractual steps and contract performance under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Article 6(1)(c) applies where legal obligations arise. Confirmation is decided by an operator, not by an automated decision system.

Recipients

Staff and the driver receive information needed to process the request and perform the journey. A notification with journey details is sent to a private work Telegram group. Hosting and database providers support the website. Telegram and technology providers may process data in different countries and their terms also apply. Tracking does not display your name, phone or wishes.

Retention

Data is needed while arranging and performing the journey. Further retention depends on handling enquiries, resolving disputes and mandatory recordkeeping requirements. Necessity is assessed against these purposes. Email us to request details or deletion; mandatory legal requirements may limit deletion.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. Contact our email; identity verification may be needed to protect your data. You may also contact Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee).

Tracking and technology

The link contains a private access code. Do not publish it: anyone with the link can view the status and general journey details. Advertising trackers and marketing mailings are not connected. Hosting may use necessary technical measures for security and operation.
